    I guess i open a new topic for the dialog system i have in my mind to open the idea up to the community. Just creating the flow chart right now =)

    Personally I don't mind the current dialog system - to a degree. I just hate the bottom half of it & the lack of flexibility in how dialog parts are shown. There should be options to show images/animations & position them on the screen. Take the Broken Sword dialog system for example where they used icons instead of words.

    Also the bottom half is shit because it lacks flexibility in actions which is why I'd rather see that replaced with a general actions list.

    the pro site of the custom one i made is to have the ability to arrange every line how you want it, autostart a line if its the only one left, test for multiple conditions and/or variables if a dialog part should show up (currently checks only for one condition (and only if true, buts a matter of time^^))
