Would anyone actually pay for them though? I think the most common way to make money for html5 would be selling the rights to use your game to a publisher or company like facebook or use some wrapper to turn it into a mobile game. You can sell html games on websites like Game Jolt. There are others but I don't know for sure (itch.io allows this feature, I think)Is HTML5 free for commercial use too ?Can you actually sell browser based games?
Just consider if nobody is testing and tells me about bugs, I can't fix them.I've been testing Sandra and Woo on linux and its working fine, it had some issues but I think they figured them outI'd say the current RC0 version is pretty stable and you would need it to export to html5.
Aye, nice game library on Steam mate.Just consider if nobody is testing and tells me about bugs, I can't fix them.I've been testing Sandra and Woo on linux and its working fine, it had some issues but I think they figured them outI'd say the current RC0 version is pretty stable and you would need it to export to html5.
html5 seems ok, although I;ve only tried a few of my old projects, mp3 fail and will prevent the game loading if there is a mp3 which is supposed to play
the mp3 thing.. some sort of tool to quickly rename mp3 to ogg would be nice, my sound effects date back years, so imagine someone wanted to update their game with 100's of mp3.. I'm talking updating the project script not the mp3's
