Displaying Text For an Object With Lua Script

    simply creating a new object text action part linked to the same object will overwrite it.

    Thanks for the help everyone I am starting to get my head around visionaire more.

    Sebastian gave me an idea and a fix that allows me to do what I want without having to do any lua code at all.

    Actions -> ClosetLoop1
    - Display Text (have all the conversation text with the <p2500ms><p2500ms>wink
    - Pause (for long enough for all the converstation to happen)
    - Call action 'ClosetLoop2'

    Actions -> ClosetLoop2
    - Display Text (have all the conversation text with the <p2500ms>wink
    - Pause (for long enough for all the converstation to happen)
    - Call action 'ClosetLoop1'

    It will continue looping through for ever doing what I want Until I end it somewhere else in the game.

    I am now getting the result I wanted.
