My Game Only Runs A Black Screen

I'm trying to make visual novel. Can someone check why my game isn't launching? When I press run game or run game on scene I just get a black screen eventhough there are background images? I wanted to test a a play button I created for the menu to move from the menu to the main scene. It's really basic, just two backgrounds, a cursor image, font, and a transparent image for the main character.

Hi, you set the resolution to 4k, your background is around 700x400, probably your monitor is too small to have that displayed in a window. So just use a smaller resolution in the game settings. You can also bring up the console with tab.
