Hello,
Is it possible to create stats like leadership, reputation and so on? If so, can anyone explain how i can do that? I woud like to increase said stats trough dialogue.

I highly recommend creating some values. Values allow you to store both numbers & strings (text). Based on a players dialog choices you could add or subtract x points (numbers) from whichever stats you need to affect.
You can create the values anywhere in the editor where there's a values tab, but I recommend creating them somewhere easy to remember.

Thank you, just got some time now (done with work) to try this out, figured it out. Works perfectly. Only one more question. How can I create a window/interface/whatever to display my stats? Again, thank you for the help.
